Organically grown just above a vast mahogany forest, in San Ignacio, Bolivia, this special roast is a real treat. The Porfirio family's estate is a small micro lot with very hard working, local farmers producing a sweet and unique coffee bean. These special beans are not only handpicked and harvested, but they are also dried using a special raised platforms.
