This delicious and rare estate coffee from Uganda is special for many reasons. First off, farmers use the anaerobic process which removes all oxygen from the storage tanks during fermentation. Only a limited amount of microbes are able to survive this process, thus refining the body, acidity and flavor profile of the coffee.
This special Ugandan estate is also very active in their community, assisting in education development, safe drinking water initiatives, community sanitation and having a dispensary for medication. The estate has also invested in resources to empower women as well as assisted in housing hundreds of local families.
