Shipping and Returns



Shipping:
Joe's Coffee House ships via UPS. UPS standard rates given at time of checkout are based on weight and location (zip code) by UPS.

International Orders:
Please note that at this time we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States

Ordering:
Any orders received 11am Eastern will be processed the following business day. If you have expedited shipping and submit the order after 11am Eastern, please give us a call and we will do everything we can to process your order.

Returns:
Here at Joe's we are committed to upholding quality and service. Sometimes you can just make a mistake ordering or we can just make a mistake on fulfilling...either way, we are here to make things right- just give us a call or simply send us an email. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on opened products.
