Bolivia Colonial Carnavari
The Bolivia Colonial Carnavari coffee is organically grown and Fair Trade, meaning it was purchased from small-holding farmers at a fair or economically sustainable price. It is produced from trees of the classic typica variety of arabica at very high altitudes. This coffee is famous for its soft, sweet-toned aroma with very pronounced sweet cocoa tones. Superb finish: sweet, long and cocoa-laced.
Celebes Kalossi (Sulawesi)
This is the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, formerly Celebes. Coffee here is described to have a smooth, vibrant but relatively low-acid, medium-bodied profile and a deep complex aroma.

Indian Monsoon Malabar AA
Indian Monsoon Malabar AA has a low acidity and is exceptionally smooth, full bodied with pleasant Chocolate under tones. Interestingly, the discovery of mosooned coffee was made quite by accident. During the long voyage from India to Europe, sailing ships carrying coffee were exposed to monsoon winds. The beans on these ships underwent a change of color and characteristics and the coffee acquired a whole new taste. This new and unique brand of coffee was appropriately named Monsooned Malabar AA.

Sumatra Mandheling "Sibayak"

Toraja Sulawesi "WHITE EAGLE"
Fair Trade and Organically grown. This coffee is grown by the oldest and original Toraja trees which can only be found in remote Ethiopia. Many of these trees are original and date back more than 250 years. The coffee trees are fully shaded by virgin jungle. The beans are relatively small but have a unique flavor not found in any other Toraja coffee. The area is so remote without any possible dirt roads that it takes as long as 4 days on horseback to bring the coffee down from the mountain. The "WHITE EAGLE" is kept completely separate from all other coffees as the Crown Jewel of all Toraja Arabicas. Only 300 to 600 bags can be produced each crop year of this truly superb and outstanding coffee.
